After the surprise success of Design Confederacy’s first feature length film Legalize Murder, and the subsequent press that followed, Joe Salerno, and Phillip Adams were invited to talk to Catbird on Total Rock Radio about the film. The meeting proved more than successful, and the powers that be asked if Design Confederacy would return, and take control of the airwaves in a one off Legalize Murder special.
